Taylor Hall

Taylor Hall is a traditional style residence hall housing over 300 first-year students in the College of Engineering and Computing and The Mason Science Experience Residential Learning Community. It is part of the Presidents Park community on campus. Traditional style means the rooms on the floor/wing share a community bathroom (with same gender). Most rooms are double or triple occupancy, but a few single rooms are available. Eisenhower Hall is a 24-hour service desk and community lounge located nearby. Taylor Hall has lounges and study rooms on each floor. The first floor has a community kitchen and laundry room.

Taylor Hall Room Layout Options

Traditional Single – A private bedroom for one student in traditional-style housing. Residents share a communal bathroom located on the floor. Traditional Single rooms are reserved for students with approved housing accommodations through the Disability Services Office.

Traditional Double – A bedroom shared by two students in traditional-style housing. Residents share a communal bathroom located on the floor. This layout offers a classic residence hall experience within on-campus housing.

Traditional Triple – A bedroom shared by three students in traditional-style housing. Residents share a communal bathroom located on the floor. Rooms include bunked and lofted furniture to maximize space while supporting a shared living environment.
