Eligibility: Upperclassmen and new students attending orientation on August 17.
Fee: $60 per night (waived if attending orientation or volunteering with MoveCrew).
Application Deadline: August 1, 2026 (via Housing Portal)
New Student Move-In
Wednesday, August 19, 2026 & Thursday, August 20, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Check-In Location: Angel Cabrera Global Center (ACGC)
Pro Tip: Stick to your assigned move-in time to avoid congestion. Label all your belongings with your name, room number, and building to prevent them from getting lost.
Upper-Level Student Move-In

Note: Self Check-In
Process: Go straight to your unloading zone—no need to check in at ACGC.
Details: Watch for an email in July with instructions on selecting your move-in day.
- New students moving in on August 19- 20 will need to go to their unloading zone at Rappahannock or Shenandoah
- Upper-level students moving in on August 21-23 can proceed directly to their unloading zone at Rappahannock Deck, Lot R, Lot I, Townhouses
