About Hampton Roads

Hampton Roads is a suite style hall housing about 450 upper-level students located directly across from the Rappahannock River Parking Deck. Suite style means two to five students in double, triple, or single bedrooms share a bathroom within the suite. Each floor has lounges, study rooms, and community kitchenettes for students to socialize​. The first floor has a full community kitchen and The Spot. The building also has a shared laundry facility. Hampton Roads is home to the Sustainable Futures and Well-Being Residential Learning Communities.
