About Beacon Hall
Beacon Hall is an apartment-style hall housing 150 graduate students located on the Sci-Tech campus in Manassas.
Beacon Hall offers graduate and doctoral students a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bed/two-bath apartments.
Apartment style means one or two students in single bedrooms with private bathrooms sharing a living room and kitchen within the apartment.
Housing and Residence Life does not offer family housing.
The building has lounges and study rooms for students to socialize. Each apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit. Mum Thai, Kabob Zone, and UVA Health are located on the first floor.

2024-2025 Proposed Rates for Beacon Hall
The proposed rates are subject to approval by the Board of Visitors. Beacon Hall rates cover the cost of housing from August through May. The rates do not include the $150 Housing and Residence Life application fee. Meal plans are not required for residents living in Beacon Hall.

Rates for Beacon Hall 2023-2024
The rates for Beacon Hall are from August through May. The agreement is for a full academic year. Payments will be split in half for each semester. All bedrooms are single occupancy.
