About Beacon Hall
Beacon Hall is an apartment-style hall housing 150 graduate students located on the Sci-Tech campus in Manassas.
Beacon Hall offers graduate and doctoral students a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bed/two-bath apartments.
Apartment style means one or two students in single bedrooms with private bathrooms sharing a living room and kitchen within the apartment.
Housing and Residence Life does not offer family housing.
The building has lounges and study rooms for students to socialize. Each apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit. Mum Thai, Kabob Zone, and UVA Health are located on the first floor.

2024-2025 Approved Beacon Hall Rates
Beacon Hall rates cover the cost of housing from August through May. The rates do not include the $150 Housing and Residence Life application fee. Meal plans are not required for residents living in Beacon Hall.
